Complete dressed engines are assembled using components as noted in the Engine Configurations Kit Component List. Complete engines come with intake and exhaust manifolds, complete fuel system (unless noted) including a new carburetor, governor, and fuel pump. Ignition system is new and includes a distributor, cap, wire set, and spark plugs (the ECM and coil are not included).

All engines have new water pumps, thermostat and thermostat housing. Engines include new mounting plates between engine and flywheel, new flywheel and re-enforcement plates. Engines are equipped with new starter of choice (see application guide for selection of optional items). Engines are shipped with a new Wix oil filter. Engines are shipped without engine oil or coolant.

All complete engines are started and Hot DYNO TESTED before shipping. All units have a 2 year warranty.

This is a generic late model Ford 300 engine with a two groove balancer. This combination of parts was used in most industrial applications installed from mid - 1990 up. Tug MA applications this was used from serial number 6563 and up. The distinguishing factor is the height of the water pump, which on the late model applications was 4 1/4" from the mounting surface of the pump to the outer face of the fan hub. This engine comes with new Red Hawk 3205 starter, new flexplate with reinforcement plate and new transmission/starter mounting plate. These engines come with a new 2-groove balancer, new electronic distributor, new S372PE governor and a carburetor. This engine has a 2 year warranty. All dressed engines are dyno tested before shipping.
